【About Reservation Cancellations】
As our salon is operated by one person, we do not accept phone reservations in order to focus on customers during treatments and provide a quiet, comfortable experience.
Reservations and inquiries are accepted via LINE 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact us.
Changes or cancellations must be made by business hours (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) the day before your appointment.
For changes after that time, please contact us directly via LINE.
All inquiries are only accepted through LINE.
【About Being Late for Appointments】
If you will be late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly.
Customers who repeatedly cancel without notice or are late may be refused future bookings.
【COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures】
As part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, we refuse service to customers with a fever of 37.0°C (98.6°F) or higher.
Customers who are refused service will be rescheduled to another day free of charge.
If you are not feeling well, please do not overexert yourself and contact us as soon as possible.

- Fever
- Under medical treatment by a doctor
- During or immediately after alcohol consumption
- Receiving surgical treatment for fractures, etc.
- Post-surgery
- Thrombosis or varicose veins
- Immediately after air travel
- Diabetes
- After vaccination
- Skin infections (athlete's foot, other infections)
- Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
- Cystitis or inflammatory diseases
- Heart disease, using a pacemaker
